Johannesburg housing company intensified demands for full rentals after the lock down

JHC is still demanding full rentals instead of meeting their tenants half way like the other housing companies are doing. After the lock down they intensified their demand for full rent by sending smes, emails and printed statements. What's so annoying is that they are owing us deposit monies. Why can't they use those deposits to meet us half way. Do not be fooled by their adverti*****t saying "move in at 0 deposits" Some companies adhered to the President's word, but not with the Johannesburg Housing Company. They intentionally locked down their offices way before the actual lock down, in order to run away from walk in clients or any arrangements/ negotiations.
