JHC will lock your things inside even if you need a life threatening item

JHC has resorted to not caring about infants. I was locked out on a day i was expected to pay. I asked to access the flat and take breast pumps as my baby is only breastfed, the care taker flat out refused to open, leaving my baby dehydrated and hungry for hours. An infant. A premise that was locked with my belongings inside. The payment was made and not even a sorry was uttered for the distress.
