<p>I have been paying for my packing bay for the past three months although i dint have car. When i enquired from the caretaker if i can temporarily lease it to someone else he reffered me to a lease agreement which i signed. Now for the past month different people park in my bay when i ask the security and the caretaker they are sending me from pillar to post. Today i confronted Promise (Caretaker) and he told me the guy parking on my bay now told him I CAN GO TO HELL , he is not moving his car. </p>
