Incident

Hello,<br> <br> I am a tenant at Smithof Mansions on Corner Hospital and Smit Street.<br> <br> Through the past few months, I have complained about the noise level being made in the middle of the night from upstairs (Room 108) blasting his speakers but nothing has been done about it. I have also complained about other tenants making noise but nothing formal was lodged.<br> <br> This past Saturday, I had 3 guests and we were locked up and having good conversation and laughing every now and then with no music but the T.V. on, we then decide to go out and buy something. As we came back, I was then verbally attacked and threatened by the Building Manager, whom I didn't know because he is new and Security about the noise level,<br> <br> <br> The confusing part is that there were people making noise upstairs with music but I did not complain & me laughing with my guests, I got threatened that I will get a warning and be chased out of the building if I do not tone it down with guests. I went by and apologized. My complaint is the fact that I was threatened and embarrassed in front of my guests without that being professional and calling me aside.<br> <br> I just do not appreciate the service & bad attitude I got,
