Dodgey Rental Bills and *****ing deposit

I rented with these people since November 2017, and my stay was a misery in their apartments by Carr Gardens. I started to raise my eye brows when my rental consistently went up without any explanation what was the cause. My water charges would go up each and every month like nobody's business. It started from a mini R100 and blew to R400 from there it went to 700 thereafter to R800 which seemed insane to me, when l confronted them and requesting for answers l was told perhaps it's the meter that was wrongly reading which they needed to later on send a technician so to check what was the problem. Cause that was minor cold Walter, and no one was busy with water in the house as it was only my toddler and a nanny left in the house during the day and they can't consume such water to sum up to an amount. Later while waiting for the technician to come, and have a check up l got an email from them stating l will liable for any charges incurred for the technician how so it made no sense to me. Then l decided, termination of my contract cause clearly l was bound to pay more the next coming months for water. To my shock my fellow neighbors weren't experiencing such and weren't paying even half of my water bill, either the rental in total monthly. Mine would be around 6900 to 7000 plus without electricity included yet my fellow neighbors only paid R5300 to 5500 in total. Which was a huge difference that had no explanation especially when mostly came after and before me and even where referred by me at Jhc or perhaps l was paying for them in disguise....l gave my notice and vacated the premises which l left in total good condition with no damages or either dirty walls. To my surprise from a deposit of R5610 which had an interest too...l was only paid a minor R1400. Guess what the water charges was R184 and the other R4000 was for painting. I took the matter with my lawyers, and they have decided to ********ly not respond in any accusations and Letters sent to then either. My friends are referred are gladly vacating too because of such from four families at Carr Gardens...
