Bad lifs service

<p>I am a resident & my cousin was injured badly on the 15th July 2016 from the lift in JHC flat in Smitshof after the lift lost the balance from 14th flr. The matter was reported to the caretaker & he advised I must be taken to the doctor & JHC will handle the matter at a later stage. I contacted JHC Head Office to follow up with the matter however the manager in charge (Bongani) promised to follow through and there's no avail since then.</p>
