STAY AWAY FROM EXECUTIVE PARKING (OR TAMBO) – A 10-YEAR RELATIONSHIP ENDED OVER A R70 OFFER It takes a long time to build a business and its reputation, but it only takes a moment like this to break it down. While I value the 10-year relationship I have had with this company, their recent actions have forced me to share this warning with the public. The Incident: Friday, 17 April 2026. The circumstances of my travel were exceptionally sensitive, as I had just been discharged from the ICU at a hospital in East London. To ensure a seamless and restful transition home, I paid an additional R5,086.00 to secure an earlier flight. • 09:59: I proactively informed Executive Parking that I would be arriving on an earlier flight to ensure there would be no confusion. • 15:11: My aircraft landed, and I immediately sent a notification via WhatsApp as the plane began taxiing. • The Result: Despite my medical state and repeated notifications, I was left waiting for over one hour at the drop-off zone. Executive Parking attempted to deflect blame by claiming my WhatsApp was only received at 15:42. However, providing a flight number is a mandatory part of their booking process specifically so they can track landings. Relying on a mobile message when flight data was readily available indicates a total breakdown in their core operational procedures. I attempted to negotiate a professional and fair outcome, proposing that the cost associated with the post-rental period be credited to my account for future use. Despite knowing I was recovering from a critical hospitalization, Executive Parking's final gesture of "goodwill" was: A complimentary car wash (a value of only R70). This proposal is entirely inadequate and fails to reflect the gravity of the inconvenience or the value of a decade of loyalty. Efficiency and reliability are the primary reasons travellers use valet services. When a team is consistently late and offers a R70 gesture to a recovering ICU patient, they no longer represent an "Executive" service. I strongly urge the public to make use of other service providers at OR Tambo who are more reliable and accountable. If Executive Parking chooses to reconsider their position and engage in meaningful negotiations to resolve this matter properly, I remain open to a discussion. Otherwise, this concludes our business relationship.

I left my vehicle with Jhb Executive parking (15 to 22"September 2025) I received excellent service. Morné, the driver, was very friendly and even assisted with our luggage. He also gave me directions to get onto the correct highway. Some personal items I forgot in the car were all still there. I'll definately make use of their services in future.
