Terrible service

Good day. I have tried numerous times to contact City Parks Johannesburg. My wall was knocked down by a City Parks truck 3 weeks ago and to date no replies. I have emailed the following people and not one person except Wendell Africa has given me a call back but then he too has not responded thereafter. Who is Lebo Nethanzhe, Precious Kubheka, Victor Sibeko and Vumile Mkhize. What are your job functions if you are in the client care call centre????? I am Prishal Kathard ***
