NOTHING done by Joburg City Parks

I've first contacted Joburg city parks on 8 September 2021 about a tree outside my property on the sidewalk. Some of the branches on the tree are dead and needs to be cut because the tree overhangs into my property and some of the dead branches keeps falling into my property. I got a reply from a Precious Kubheka stating that my complaint has been logged and escalated and that the turnaround time is 30 days. The email was cc-ed to Moeketsi Phiri and Phineas Lephosha Baloyi. I inquired again via email on 4 October 2021 to which I received no reply. I rep**** again on 14 October 2021 to which I received a reply that they are dealing with apparent backlog. I inquired again on 2 November 2021 to which I received the same "backlog" email. Today is 1 December 2021 and to date NO-ONE has bothered to come to my place to inspect and deal with this tree!!
