Johannesburg Municipality: City Parks Dept

Still awaiting a response from Mr. Rankin from City Parks regarding a site visit. I have been waiting since October / November 2020 re a query I had and I quote I sent for trimming trees that are compromising the electrical fencing and camera surveillance of our complex. To date NOTHING has been done. Also there are many trees in the Northcliff area that need trimming, ie Gordan Road, as various shrubs, etc. have not been trimmed and it obscures oncoming traffic when you try to cross this road. There are also many trees in Northcliff Proper that need trimming as it sc****s vehicles or obscures oncoming traffic, ie. Bird and Senior Roads. Can something be done about these problems. City Parks seems more concerned about fining individuals or compabies for trimming or felling trees RATHER than to do the necessary maintenance required. Please can we get the ball rolling in this regard?
