City Parks - Pathetic

I E mailed City Parks with a query regarding Alberts Farm a few weeks ago. I wanted to know wjy all of a sudden, no fishing was allowed after many years. Well they haven't even bothered to reply which just shows the contempt they have for the ratepayers that pay their salaries.
