Bad Attitude/Just Don't Care Attitude/Listed Website Information Not Working

I have been trying to get hold of someone at Westpark Cemetery as I am looking for a plot number for my grandmother. If you go to their website https://joburg.org.za/ they say that there is an online tool that can enable you to search for a burial site this article is dated the 05 December 2006 and this website was last updated Last Updated on 14 October 2010, funny as it does not work at all, it says if there is a problem report it below hahaha there is no option to report the problem please see below message??????

Article not found

Okay so if the article was dated 05 December 2006 and the website was last updated Last Updated on 14 October 2010 that gave them 4 years to realize there was a problem with their online tool and if they did not pickup a problem during that time surely 7 years later as today's date is the 19 of December 2017 they would have been made aware there was a problem and surely someone would have taken the initiative to try and rectify the problem, I guess not I am just living in a totally different world from everyone else.

I then proceeded to phone the number listed on the website ********** as they say if you don't have the means necessary to access the information online what can i say the gentleman i spoke to said the website does not work, and the cemetery has no phone????? i asked him how can i contact them as i need some information, he rep**** I have no idea and I cant help, Geezzz that is really helpful. I even went so far as to email them as this is the email address supp**** on the website ********** LOL why am i not surprised that I got the below message

Oh my word were to from here???? being one of the many government departments surely they have someone who is supposed to be in charge of ensuring that all the websites are kept up to date and relevant, but i guess not it is wishful thinking on my part all i can say is that there is no hope as the attitude is no one gives a dam anymore.........
