Well Maintained Gardens

I love visiting the botanical gardens in Johannesburg, whenever I get the chance. Many species of plants and trees to see. This is a really nice place to just relax. I personally enjoy sitting by the dam and listening to water water gently streaming by. There is a lot of grass space for picnics and nice benches all over the garden. There is a separate stream as well. People do come here to walk their dogs so if you are not a fan of dogs keep that in mind. The gardens itself is very well maintained with lots of wild life (birds). There is also parking on site and the park feels safe and secure. There is also a shop where you can get drinks and small snacks while at the park, which is very convenient. I highly recommend visiting the botanical gardens in Johannesburg to unwind and relax.
