JSE Nedbank and Old Mutual shares transfer department

I wanted Old Mutual and Nedbank shares transferred into my name. Simple process I thought well what a mission. It is now just short of two months and have still not got the certificate stating the shares are in my name. My e mails and phone calls are unanswered. They are quick to ask for money to complete the transfer but not so with service.
