Please check your details and don’t ask your doctor questions please

Johan van Wyk’s receptionist handed me a Piece of cardboard to ‘check my details are correct.’ I noted the address etc., but also noted the scribbles underneath that read something like ‘this difficult mom asks too many questions and does not seem to believe the doctor.’ Needless to say, I cancelled there and then. What am I paying a dermatologist for if not to answer one question or the other? Also, what does it say for patient confidentiality if that is handed to oatients to check, e.g. if it wasn’t the right oatient’s file, but someone else’s, who may know the pt, especialy if not medical derogatory notions are jotted down.? I am afraid I will be unable to ask this doctor another question.
