rudeness and wrongful information

I was issued a pair of crutches whilst in hospital and was told it was already submitted to my medical aid and accepted. A month later i had an amputation. 90 days later i get a call from above named company stating i am now responsible. No correspondence during those 90 days were sent to me. I get a call from their accounts department from a gentleman that can hardly speak demanding payment. I called the above offices twice and was promised a motivation letter. This morning when i called, the \owner\" from the accounts department was in the office and i heard how rude she was towards me calling me a fly by night and that i am refusing to pay the account. There are principles that need to be followed and more care and decent communication to be taken. It is so upsetting that these providers supply equipment and their staff are so rude. "
