Unsupportive service
I was under sequestration and I was rehabilitated on 25 March 2024. Desiree Hurter assisted me with sending of all documentation including court order to the various Credit bureaus. I realised that it took quite long for my status to be updated at the various Credit bureaus, so I contacted them myself. Upon doing so it was discovered that the case number on my court order was incorrect and they are unable to change my status. If I did not do this, I would have never known that something was wrong. Up until now debt review still reflects and will continue to reflect until Experian receives the court order with the amended/ correct case number. I have been in contact with Scheepers attorneys and to date I have not received anything .it seems to me like they were already got paid and don't seem to bothered about assisting me now to get my credit profile sorted. I don't feel like I am being treated as an individual who needs their assistance and support. I am busy with a bond application and the debt review status on my profile causes my application to decline all the time. Experian is awaiting the correct details before they can update my status. I don't know what to do anymore as Scheepers attorneys just informs me to wait..there is no urgency and no willingness really to try and get my matter resolved.
