Bad Communication

I am currently a customer of Johan Scheepers Attorneys in Strand, unfortunately due to Financial issues I have been forced to go unto Debt Counselling.

I approached Johan Scheepers Attorneys and have been with them for the past four years. i am almost finished with this dreadful experience and the only issue that i have, is with the fact that when you contact Johan Scheepers there receptionist always has an excuse when asking for assistance.

I have been asking for updated statements for more than 3 Weeks now and till now i have not received any reply, I went into there offices on Monday 27th where she advised me that there systems where offline but she was sitting with my documents and according to her i will receive an update during the week. On Wednesday 29th I contacted her she said she forgot and she will pay special attention to this, 30th I contacted again and again the same feedback.

I really hope that nobody goes through what i am going through, this is totally unacceptable.
