Failure to complete project

I employed this Company over a year ago to build a flat on my property and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks.<br> Over 1 year later the project is still not finished and I am told there is a cash flow problem, this despite the fact that he has over R20 000 of mine. I am now in a financially embarassing situation as the flat was meant to supplement my income upon retirement. I have a potential tenant who has now been put off for 2 months and still I see no end to this predicament.
