BAD SERVICE

I had a leak on my property.my insurance through my broker sent Johan plumbers from Newton park Port elizabeth.the guys only came at 5 late afternoon. After I showed them the leak they closed my municipality, cut the copper pipe ,said they would do a report and come back the next day to reconnect.the next day they did not come back and I was without water.the broker contacted me to say the insurance rejected the claim due to wear and tear.i called Johan and asked for the copper pipe so I could get another plumber to do a report.i was told they disposed of the copper pipe.how can you dispose of a copper pipe if the insurance has not yet notified the client that it was rejected.when I looked at that pipe it was not even corrosion on the pipe.The plumber must have sold the copper pipe 3 days later I'm still without water and Johan the owner never got back to me after speaking and explaining to him.This is the service we get from insurance and plumbers after paying every month.
