Worse managing agent by far

Agents don't do their jobs. You as the tenant have to follow up on maintenance and repairs that has to be done and then it still does not get done. Had a water leak inside our wall. Leaking hot water from the geyser. Owner putting the full bill on us as the tenants. The plumber they sent says the leak was there for months as the water sifted through the tiles inside the bathrooms when we saw it. Owner and agent refusing responsibility and to fit the bill for some of the damage. Agent sits back and lets the owner calculate statements and don't correct them when ******* charges are being added to the tenants bill. Tenants deposit never kept in an interest bearing account. Instead it gets paid to the owner and the owner can pay the balance to the tenant when ever he feels fit to do so, or not.
