Poor service slowness of staff members

I have never experienced a slow Macdonald like this one.The slowest be their driving thru please do something.I love Macdonald but the slowness of this one its a no.Last orde 3592 purchased 13h59 even now 20 min haven't received my order lunch almost finish.Please
