JJMM BAD service (recommended by Standard bank)

Standard bank told me to contact JJMM so I could get the title deed released as bond is paid up. I paid the fee of R5800 (approx) to NOT receive the title deed timeously. I constantly chased via email and phone to to avail. Terrible Customer service and email Communication skills. It took another lawyer to give them the facts for them to release the Title deed. The other lawyer informed them that the title deed had been delivered to their premises BUT the std answer from their office was STILL waiting! I have paid for a service that they did not deliver on within a reasonable time ****il they were reminded by other lawyers) Their flippant answer was that the title deed was delivered(over the stipulated time). They have NOT responded to my service complaint. They have ignored all requests for feedback and continue to ignore me. The closest analogy I have is paying for a very expensive meal and it being delivered once you have demanded a response from the maître de and delivered to you is a congealed cold lumpy overcooked underdone mess of food - that you paid cuisine prices for.
