Poorest of the poor and never to be used furniture removals in Welkom

At first Johan looked as if would be able to do the furniture removals job. At one stage he left his staff waiting for him talking on his cell phone for almost 90 minutes. All promises were made that they would take good care of all the furniture especially wooden furniture and breakables.

At the drop off place the staff members aoweswdho real fast to get the job done and in that way they damaged my wooden furniture in such a way leaving it scratched and even holes and dents in the wood of my antique furniture. I had some of the items on the back of my Bakkie. At a point they said that they are finished only to hear that they are not going to offload the stock on the Bakkie because they are running late and had to go to Johannesburg the next day.

I had to remind them that that was not the agreement and they better offload the Bakkie. Eventually when I had time to move the items to their cirrst positions, is saw in whick poor way they handled my furniture, leaving it wit scratched and dents and damaged. I left a message on John's WhatsApp and ask how can we handle this situation, after which I only got the most cruel and threatening message back that it has got nothing to do with him. Should I wish to lodge a complaint, I must do so at some office that my jurisdiction falls under and in anyway he doesn't want to do business with "my kind", it doesn't scare him at all.
