J.E. was paid for building a small retaining wall.<br> <br> We realised that he didn't install proper drainage, although we asked him several times. The plastering of the wall is not completed. The slope of the steps let the water stay on the steps instead of running down the steps. The rubble and his old wheelbarrow is still on site.<br> <br> Calling him, he tells lies ans stories.<br> <br> I can'T recommend that poor work / service
