BAD ELECTRICIAN

Good Day. I Bought a 2nd hand Air-con form a Supposed qualified electrician in 2018. I paid Him Cash, because he said he wanted to avoid SARS. Since Day 1 the A/C did not function at all. I was told that the A/C was removed from his friends house and that his friend wanted a bigger A/C and thus was in a working order. Later i found that the unit was sourced from a pawn shop in Pretoria North. I was not home when the A/C was installed and later found that the A/C Remote was a cheap Chinese 2nd hand unit. Until to date the A/C is not functioning and i waisted +- R 4000 on the Purchase and trying to Fix the unit. Please be cautious of a elder white Fat bearded man with a white branded Chevy Utility bakkie with Canopy trying to sell you Cheap product and / or maintenance on your house. I did try to reason with him, but this Supposed Electrician told me that i am *********** and that my unit is working fine. Thus me and my wife is Burning out in our home, A/C kicks in but no Cooling and my electricity bill is unbearable. Please Help!!
