Angry Drive shaft owner

Good day. I was looking for a drive shaft for my BMW . Couldn't get the party anywhere , found Joe's online and called , was told to come in and check if the part is correct. Came in with my original drive shaft to show them the sample , they took the original part and I paid for another drive shaft thinking it would be the perfect fit and size however it was not , bare in mind I paid for their driveshaft and they still kept my original part. I then returned their driveshaft and requested my original part back , it's been 2 weeks and I've still recieved nothing nor was my money returned. Fellow people please be wary when dealing with such dishonest and unreliable company as this one , these people will Rob you and still make you run around for your own things. They have an attitude and give dirty looks towards customers . They just want to sell a anything to you !!!

Joe's Motor Spares should not be wasting and robbing people like this as it's unacceptable especially for spares owned company. You people are disgusting and dishonest . You pieces of **** !!!!!!!!!
