Disgruntled.

I NN Mvana purchased a vehicle on Loret joes auto in December 2024, and the vehicle was delivered on the same month with a spare key without the original key. I was therefore promised that the original key would be sent via a courier service, however to date I have yet to receive the key. I have contacted the company on a numerous occasions, however my request has not been met and the line number now is not recheable.

This is a very stressful situation and am perturbed by the lack of this non service.
