Car trade in gone wrong

I traded in my polo Vivo at Joe’Auto dealership for a bmw 1 series in February 2023 and 8 months later my previous car is still not settled, no settlement letter nothing. As a result I am now currently paying for 2 cars, 1 which is the one I traded in( which they have also mentioned that they’ve sold it to someone else) and 2 the one I received as a trade. They don’t seem bothered about how I’m paying for these cars at all and truth is the bank wants their money every month end.

This has heavily affected my credit score as I’ll sometimes skip my monthly instalments as I cannot afford to be paying for 2 car’s every month.

I’ve tried reaching out to the shareholders, sales man as well as the finance department to try and sort this out, they kept on postponing the settlement date till they stopped responding to any of my emails and calls for about 2 months now.

The dealership is based in the Vaal. Their number *** doesn’t seem to go through at all anymore.

I just want my name cleared. I want my financial freedom back. If I could take back their car I would immediately. I can’t live like this at all. Please help!!
