terrible service

I took my car in for a standard wash and vacuum and whilst the body of the vehicle was satisfactorily done the types were covered in black marks and it was clear that these hadn't been washed properly. When I raised my dissatisfaction the manager very reluctantly began wiping the tyres and responded that the dirt didn't come off. When I proved it did come off using my finger I got very soppy attitude and my tires were not cleaned. When I complained to the office I got a blank stare and referred to the alleged manager who didn't clean the rims.<br> <br> I could have done a better job myself. I would not recommend anyone take their cars to Joe Soap Car Wash. Their job was poor at best and their attitude completely unapologetic.<br> <br> For what they charge one wold expect far better service and attitude.
