Pathetic for so much money car wash

2 weeks ago on a SUNDAY we had our car washed for the R199 value however upon our return the car was washed but no properly. Could still see the marks on the number plate and infront and no airfresher. After informing them they wiped the car off again. The manager was not there Ryan was in charge and confirmed his manager will call us on MONDAY during the week we did a follow up and still no feedback was given.pathetic for so much money. Never ever again... then we still waited almost a hour for the car whole waiting
