Joe Soap ... *******!!!

I dropped my car off at Joe Soap, Canal Walk today. The smooth talking Supervisor promised that the job would take a maximum of 2 and a half hours. 3 Hours later the job was only half done and the Supervisor again promised to have the car ready in 20 minutes. So off we marched back to the mall to spend more money. 30 Minutes later, having had to pay for parking again, I was advised that the car was good to go ... except the rims and the dashboard were not cleaned. After pointing this out to the Supervisor, we had to wait another 10 minutes whilst they finished. When I got home and after inspecting the car in the sunlight (its dark and gloomy at their premises so you cannot see any of the blemishes) I realised what a ****py job they had done. They charged R200 for the job ... the local car wash near my home charges R80 and are 100 times more professional. Overpriced, poor management, pathetic service, no attention to detail and quality control ... never again!
