Don't Wash you car at Joe Soap, Canal Walk

I usually drop my car off at Joe Soap @ Canal Walk when I know I'm going to be in the mall for a while. This is now the second time I have come out to fetch my car from the car wash to find that even though they parked my car in a parking bay, the boot was left open and my car wasn't locked.<br> <br> The first time this happened, I complained and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. Even then I was hesitant to take my car back. It was about 5 months before I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back today. Lo and behold it happened today again. I was so angry because when I left my car there I specified they must check that the car is locked before leaving it in a parking bay. The manager just kept apologizing and nodding his head like it wasn't a big deal.<br> <br> I asked him what would he have done if my car was ****** because of this incident and he merely said that we as the client leave the car at our own risk. Don't they respect and take responsibility for the car clients entrust them with?<br> <br> I've now learnt my lesson and will never go back or recommend that car wash to anyone. If you want your car back in one piece, DONT GO TO JOE SOAP CANAL WALK!!!!!!
