Car wash inside & outside

<p>I dropped my BMW off with Joe Soap on Saturday. 13-5-2017. For a wash and vac while in the mall. Returning back to the car wash a little earlier than expected I found my car still inside the wash bay drive through. Only closer inspection and my horror my car was being washed jetted off with two windows open !! Rushing into the wash bay to stop this I not only found the car interior , dash , seats, door electrical panels etc etc all soaked , but also that the car was even running !! </p> <p>With absolutely no assurance or interest from the staff not even an apology I demanded to speak to an owner. I was first denied contact only then to be told he would contact me. This was 3 days ago and still no reply. This is a disgrace and shocker on every level !</p>
