Joe Schmoe builders - Cape Town the worst builders I have ever dealt with!

I just want to warn anyone who is in the process of using Joe Schmoe Builders in Cape Town, NOT TO, you will be so sorry. They are absolutely useless. They put up two ceilings for me one inside the house and one outside for a patio - that was back in around January 2017 which was a year ago. Recently I called them back because the ceiling was 'wavy' and the ceiling outside was falling. It has been two weeks and they continually give excuses - they took the ceiling down and now Brian and co dont seem to know what to do. They admitted that the job was done badly but keep promising to get someone to come and do the job, they obviously dont know what the hell they are doing. In all my 30 years of renovating houses I have never met such a useless bunch! They should not call themselves builders because they are not!! Now I sit with a terrible looking damaged ceiling board for my patio for Christmas when I entertain my family.
