Worst service

Good day

Please assist I went to Joe gqabi traffic department and received the worst service ever.we stood outside for 2hours only to be told that they have reached the limit of 64 people.why did they not communicate before we stood at the line.even friday last week I had to go home because they were telling us they are short staff after standing there for an hour.they are unprofessional and its because they are in a black area so they dont respect us and dont see us as humans.wht do I need to go to a white area to get the best service when they are at working for the same company.they are I'll treating our people and its because of the colour of our skin but we are paying taxes just like them.the manager is mr mzukwana.
