Really went above and beyond

I went in to get a key cut at Joe Davis, but was unable to collect it yesterday and needed it for today. Ronald politely offered for me to collect it before opening hours, so that I could get my key before work. He also looked up where I could get a receiver from, which they didn't stock, so that I didn't have to unnecessarily drive around looking for it. Super impressed by his service and friendliness. Really went the extra mile!
