VERY POOR SERVICE

I have never seen anything like this. I paid for pre order for my car parts and most of them got delivered before actual booking in the car, even though there were apparent legitimate delays with sourcing the required parts, my car stayed for a week unattended to. To make things worse these guys would deceive the insurance on the actual progress made regarding repairs, so you can not really trust what your insurance tells you until you go n see the progress your self. Extremely poor customer service, very poor communication with clients no sense of urgency at all.

So much disappointed for my insurance to send my car to such a company, I wonder how do these guys keep up with the commitments they make on their SLAs with insurance companies because thia is a complete *******... Not me saying other people's experience on these reviews speaks volume.
