Poor workmanship & Communication

My car was at Jock Autobody for almost four months. The customer is of no value as communication about the progress on the repair has to be pushed by the customer who will in turn just get lies and wrong information. One cannot even plan around their promised completion dates. On collection of my car. I was advised that my car key batteries were flat and need to be replaced. As I was driving the other car, I kept the car in the garage until I decided to take the car to Audi to replace the keys. Audi discovered that the electrical system of my car was not done properly by Jock Autobody. I tried to call them but their phones get cut every time I call. Now, I am sitting with the car that I cannot drive until Audi fix it. I need them to pay for the costs as they cannot fix it themselves. I will never go back to them for any repair, even if that will be minor
