microSD card ****** from Radio/Navigation system by JOCKS AUTOBODY (Nav Software costs R2000)

At first they wanted to recommend AutoMagic which I personally know as ***** doing bad repair and making empty promises. We insisted that we do not want to use AutoMatic, then King Price to over a month to find us another panel beater (they never offered us a choice).

After sending the vehicle there, the repair to much longer than expected and the Insurance insisted on a ridiculous co-payment.

We got the car back on Friday, it was late friday afternoon. Today when I wanted to active the navigation system on the vehicle we discovered that the MicroSD card inside the Radio/Navigation system had been ******.

It was there when we booked in the car - because we only recently bought the CRV we spent over R2000 on updating the map software. The MicroSD (which no doubt was easy prey for some inconsiderate ***** (are they ever?) --- the microSD is cheap to replace but the map software costs a lot of money (paid in dollars).

We trust that if King Price is interested in us changing this review - they will take this up with Jocks Autobody.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
