After 3 weeks of agony trying to get my insurance company to appoint a Renault Approved panel beater to repair my Clio, the experience of having it repaired by Jock's Autobody was well worth the wait and agony. My vehicle was registered on their informative website the next day and from then on I received daily updates with photos of the progress on my car. These updates were sent to me via sms and email. Whenever I needed more information than what was supp****, I could send an email directly to the person responsible for my vehicle, Conraad.
