Disappointed in work done

I had an accident where I drove into a ditch because I didn't know the road and was following what my maps was saying my car went to jock's Auto Body for repairs and only received my car 2-3 weeks later they had to replace the driver door, front fender and the bumper on the car. When I received the car they didn't inspect it that the paint job and body work was done right so I took the car and went to visit one of my friends after work my friend looked at the work that they have done and showed me all the problems that he could see l, I took the car back and showed them that the paint work wasn't done properly and that the bodywork with the ms that they put on wasn't finished off properly so I had like a orange peel skin on the body work and then I had to send the car back again when I received the car after 2 weeks the paint job was done and the orange peel skin was better but you can see the buffing marks on the panel of the door and I'm very disappointed in the work that I received and the assessor told me to take my car to them because I wanted to take my car to saturn auto in villieria because I know they do a good job but my insurance doesn't deal with them any more and now that I have the car back my flicker plug is gone and the dust cover for my headlight at the back is also gone. All I can say is I had many cars and not once was my car back at a panelbeater twice and that is something I can't understand doesn't the people check on the cars before they let the client fetch it or what
