BAD WORKMANSHIP

I am extremely disappointed with the service and workmanship I received from Jocks Auto Body.

My vehicle is a brand-new car that was taken to Jocks Auto Body to repair hail damage. Unfortunately, instead of receiving my vehicle back in the condition I expected, I received it back with additional problems and unacceptable workmanship.

There is still hail damage, the vehicle has been oversprayed, the bonnet is in a terrible condition and makes a hollow/bubbling sound when washing it, and there are yellow marks on both sides that appear to have been caused by polishing. There are also other issues that I have raised regarding the vehicle.

What is most frustrating is that this was supposed to be a repair to improve the condition of my vehicle, but I feel that my brand-new car has been made worse.

I also question why the vehicle was not properly inspected by the assessor after the repairs were completed. If a proper final inspection had been done, surely these issues should have been identified before the vehicle was handed back to me.

I have completely lost confidence in Jocks Auto Body and I do not want them working on my vehicle again. I am now taking the matter up with MiWay and requesting that the vehicle be assessed and repaired by a different panel beater.

I would not recommend Jocks Auto Body based on my experience. When you take a brand-new vehicle in for repairs, you expect it to come back properly repaired — not in a worse condition than when you handed it over.

I sincerely hope this matter is resolved properly and that Jocks Auto Body takes responsibility for the damage and poor workmanship I have experienced.
