bad service

I took my car in for repairs in March 2015. I was told, and an email confirmed that my car will be ready by 24 April 2015. Today it is 14 May 2015, I still do not have my car. Last week Thursday I called and was promised that my car will be ready the following day, which is Friday 8 May 2015. I made a complaint to my insurance, of which I am also getting a bad service. Both they promise to come back to me, but I am the only one who is calling them. My insurance that referred me to the Jocks Auto-body is First For Women.<br> <br> Regards
