Absolutely horrible experience

Car was in an accident and taken to Jocks autobody and dent remover in Pretoria. King price authorized the repairs on 22/10/2020. Since then, I've had no joy. Not from the insurer King Price of from Jocks autobody. 4 Months later and we are still struggling and fighting with Jocks. This entails the lack of responsibility, their timelines not being met and their constant lying and sloppy work. We go to Jocks almost twice a week to check up on progress, but to no avail. I will most definitely never promote Jocks to anybody, as I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy. I have contacted King price to assist with this claim, but we can never speak to a senior manager. I am extremely disappointed in the way all of this is handled. Rest assured I did not expect to receive VIP treatment from Jocks autobody, I presumed that people still have pride in what they do. Rude awakening
