Wrong sized products & Poor customer service

Bought a pack of 3 × XL Jockey underwear online, back in February this year. When I opened the packaging to use about a month later, I found that all three underwear were a size Medium instead of Extra Large as stated on the packaging and as per my order. I've been trying for months to contact Jockey to get the issue resolved but received no feedback. I am so disappointed with the level of customer service from Jockey. I have taken pictures of the wrong sized products and packaging and have proof of the online purchase. Due to the fact that I have received no feedback from Jockey, despite numerous attempts over the months, I have passed on the wrong sized products to a relative who uses a size Medium. Really not pleased with the service from Jockey.
