Jockey has HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. They promised me a refund for an order THEY canceled and it's been a month without them refunding me with a bunch of stories about how they're working on it and they're waiting for Payflex. For a month. After they promised it's take about 7 work days. I will never EVER buy from them again and I will actively discourage everyone I know from buying from them. They're clearly *******.
