Poor service

I returned items to Jockey in Durban as I bought the items online, unfortunately it was an unwanted gift, so I paid the shipping back to jockey and will loose my shipping cost I paid initially which is fine but I still haven’t received my refund from them and it’s been more than 7 days. I feel I have been ****med as I should have received my refund and every time I contact them they as me for my banking details again I have already given it three times. Very bad service. Don’t buy from Jockey online. Pathetic service.
