Poor quality clothing and poor service

I bought a pair of jockey pajama pants. The pants were incorrectly stitched in the middle of the one leg, such that pants can’t be worn. Jockey great at apologizing profusely, and being very very very sorry but I have now had to arrange 3 times for a courier to collect the item despite it being very inconvenient for me to have couriers coming over and having to make special arrangements each time.
