Jockey Underwear- Purchased 2 x Packs of the same size but 2 are definitely not the same size- A company that is protected because you can't return flawed underwear.

I recently purchased 2 x 2 Packs of Jockey Mens underwear of the same size but different colors.

The 1st pair fit correctly but the 2nd pair was way to small. This is not the 1st time that I've experienced this with Jockey underwear, I think it must be the 3rd time now.

I took this up with Jockey directly as I feel that they don't seem to care whether their sizes are standardized and No quality control seems to exist. They have given me the run around for 3 months now but it comes as no surprise really as they don't really have to even try to resolve the flawed product issues.

They don't need to resolve this issue because as we are all aware you can't return underwear to a store so they are just sitting pretty and don't have to take any responsibility for their flawed products.

Therefore they don't care about customers and I used to be a loyal supporter of Jockey but that has now come to an end.

I will ensure that I spread the word about Jockey, their flawed products and pathetic treatment of customers.
